Rules

The rules aren't here to ruin your fun, they're here to ensure we can all have fun without any problems.

General Rules

Manners.
- Manners never hurt to have. Be polite and friendly to all.

Staff.
- The staff are here to maintain and work for you. Be nice to them, we're only humans.

Spammers and Trolls.
- They're out there. Should they choose to prey upon our site, ignore them. It's not like we need to waste our time responding.

Posting

Length
- Here, size doesn't matter. There's no set word count. But we'd really appreciate you to at least match your role playing partner's length.

Chat Speak
- In actual role playing posts? I think not. Unless participating in a game, in the cbox, or perhaps under certain exceptions, no chat speak.

God Modding
- God modding is when you control another character that is not an NPC (non-playable character) in your post.

Characters

Play bys
- Play bys must be humans.
-- Please, no scene queens. Actors, actresses, singers, footballers, etc. but no MySpace scene queens and no cartoons or anime characters.

-- The use of child actors, any minor under the age of thirteen is prohibited. Using the face claim of any actor/tress under this age is known as child exploitation and must not be used under any circumstances.

Mary Sue / Gary Stu
- General names for perfect characters. They're the ones who everyone loves and want to be with. Please, none of them. Humans have flaws.

Multiple Characters
- Only make as many as you can handle.

Graphics

Signatures.
- Not too big.
-- Yes, 700 x 700 is too big. The average is about 465 (length) x 200 (height). It'll be resized if it's too big.

Icons
- 100 x 100.
-- They'll be resized by Proboards anyways if they're bigger.

Appropriateness
